WHAT WE DO
Each Pundi program begins as a foundation-led initiative and matures into a community-run projects, delivered together with dedicated operating partners, with Pundi continuing as mentor, resources steward, and connector to new resources.

We have a number of initiatives already in place: a safe water network, a food-security kitchen, and economic & youth empowerment programs.
Community Resiliency
Empowering minds is at the heart of everything we do. By working closely with communities, local organizations, and international partners, we are able to create meaningful and lasting change. This enables the development of a community-based creative economy, encouraging collaboration and building the independence of local residents, working together with other stakeholders.
Vocational Education
We do more than just provide water. We offer entrepreneurial literacy & financial literacy programs that equip individuals with the skills and resources they need to start & grow their own businesses. Since 2021 Pundi has continuously delivered training in public speaking, leadership, entrepreneurship, digital learning, and contemporary music alongside our training and network partners - reaching 70+ micro-entrepreneurs and 270+ young people to date, with new cohorts running year round.
Community Access to Water
Launched in 2021 our safe water refill network has served 15K people accross 12+ locations in 5 cities, delivered together with our operating partners in refill-depot management and water logistics. Pundi now provides continued mentorship and quality oversight rather than day-to-day operations.
RPK Arun Farm & KTA Cisenia Village
Our community kitchen model - comparable in spirit to national free-nutritious-meal MBG kitchen launched in early 2025 by the Indonesian government - has operated continuously since 2021 through Sanjaya/PB Prima Group, serving 70k affordable meal (less than a dollar) a year. We are now in the process of developing the upstream side: a production lab (RPK - Rumah Pangan Kota, urban food house) and farmland (KTA - Kampung Tangguh Agro, resilient village) for sustainable ingredient sourcing, open for donor and grant support.
Entrepreneurship, Financial Literacy, Public Speaking, Leadership, Digital Literacy & Music
We have held 4 batch of workshops using modules from our US-based NGO partner, PartnersWorldwide, whose materials have been used in more than 30 countries for the past decades. We also partner with YBKS Marturia for leadership, with CBS Communications & OKE OCE for public speaking and digital learning, with HKBP Ujung Menteng for contemporary music.
Clean & Healthy Behavior
Increased knowledge, understanding and adoption of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) from all stakeholders, including 50+ water refill handlers or operators, 15K+ users and the surrounding communities.
